             STATE OF THE UNION
So here we are moving into Spring already! We are getting back to warmer weather and training bare footed with the bay door open. Vigilante CrossFit is continuing to grow at an ever increasing pace and it is exciting to see and be a part of. As more people are joining our community of athletes, we are going to start offering "ELEMENTS" classes  on the weekends. These classes will focus primarily on skill work centered around the 9 foundational movements of the CrossFit program. We will also branch out from there to include gymnastic skill development and increased focus on the Olympic lifts. The "ELEMENTS" classes will be mandatory for all new members, but will also be available to anyone interested in a more detailed refresher of the various movements utilized in our regular classes. Right now we are planning to cover "ELEMENTS" in about 8-10 class sessions over the next 6-8 weeks. The "ELEMENTS" class times will be at 8:30am on Saturdays and 2:00pm on Sundays. 
             
                    COME IN AND MUSCLE UP AT VIGILANTE CROSSFIT.


BIG NEWS: Vigilante CrossFit has officially moved! We are no longer at 918 Guilford College Road. We are now at 1819-C SpringGarden Street. (Next to Time Warner Cable, and right behind The Blind Tiger).

the philosophy of Vigilante CrossFit is to improve an athlete's fitness from the inside out. Pursuing performance before anatomy. Function before fashion. We are not interested in what is cool or stylish. First we want what works. Some train to make the body beautiful. We train the body to simultaneously discipline the mind and develop the will. As a certified CrossFit trainer,I take care of all the programming for workouts ; provide continual instruction in the Olympic lifts, gymnastic skill work and power lifting. You will also receive ongoing nutrition counseling for as long as you are a member. I provide mentoring and work to ensure safety and continual progress toward your goals. If you commit to showing up consistently and come ready to work, success is guaranteed in achieving elite fitness.
